Dr. Aline Morin
PEDIATRIC DENTIST
Dr. Morin was born and grew up in Paris, France. She graduated with high honors with a dual degree, majoring in Biological Science and minoring in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Having an intense passion for dentistry, she enrolled immediately into the dental school and worked as a Teacher Assistant in the Science Lab with undergraduate students. She graduated four years later with a Doctorate in Dental medicine. Immediately after, Dr. Morin was offered a position in Naples as a general dentist where she provided dental care for a diverse population of all ages for 2 years. She fell in love with the city of Naples and grew a strong passion for treating children. She received the Top Gun Award honoring outstanding dedication and service in providing dental care in private practice.
Dr. Morin's growing passion and love for pediatric dental care lead her back to Nova Southeastern University where she specialized in Pediatric Dentistry. She spent two years of profound education on child development and received extensive training as a pediatric dental resident at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital and Broward Hospital. She served as the Chief Resident and earned a Master in Dental Science. As part of the craniofacial team, she provided dental care for a wide range of young and special needs children. Her research study during residency was published in the official national journal of Pediatric Dentistry (September 2016,vol 38 N5 p.398-405). After graduating from residency, she pursued her interest in research and helped as a journal editor for both "Advances in Pediatric Research" and "Pediatric Disease" journals.
As a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Morin feels fortunate to have received an outstanding education that instills confidence in her patients and their families. She is currently a professor at the University of Florida for future pediatric dentists. As a board member of the Advisory Circle of the American Dental Association, she was one of the few national dentists to be nominated for the "10 under 10" award.
Dr. Morin is trained and certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support demonstrating her commitment to treating children in the safest manner possible. She is also an active member of the College of Diplomates for Pediatric Dentistry, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry ( ABPD), the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (FAPD), the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry (SSPD), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Florida Dental Association (FDA).
Dr. Morin's main goal is to treat her young patients with the outmost compassion and empathy. Dr. Morin's gentle touch and personalized approach allow children of all ages to feel secure and comfortable in her state of the art office. She looks forward welcoming your child and guiding them to be the best version of themselves, one tooth at a time.
